What can I use to set chalk-based pastel drawings?

I've been working with chalk-based oil pastels. I need a way to set the pastels to the paper so they don't keep smudging every time I pick the drawing up. I also don't have a lot of cash or a car so something somewhat cheap and local would be nice, like at Walmart or Michael's. I live in ord,NH if that helps anyone.
