Disipline ?

I think she needs to take the kids out on a nature vacation or something....maybe she could sign him up for big brothers(big sister) program for a little extra guidance. How about getting him into boy scouts or something like that...he just needs alot of attention right now and to know that none of this was his fault...his environment is going to be the key to pulling out of this...positive reinforcement and emotionally stimulating and productive things to do....
