General anaesthetic-i am such a wimp!!!!?

i had an operation 3 years ago and as they were putting me to sleep i shed a a tear as it was my first time and i was petrified! had another G.A last week and i wasnt scared of it at-all but i still got upset as i walked into the room!!? i feel like such a baby and i know there is nothing to be scared of (im 24!) i'm having another op in august and i really want to be brave lol why do i get so worked up!??x
