Late period/ w milky discharge?

My husband had a vasectomy almost 2 years ago, but I am 9 days late and having a milky discharge. I should have started my period between the 14th and 15th. On the 16th I took a home pregnancy test which was negative. I figured I'd start soon afterwards, but still hadn't started by the 20th so I took another test, again it was negative. Now I'm 9 days late and having a milky discharge, going to the bathroom in the middle of the night (I never wake up having to go) and getting that queasy feeling... Could I still be pregnant?
