Whats the best romantic manga ever?

Yeah so I'm a big fan of shoujo, and was wondering whats the best romantic manga you've ever read? Admittedly im pretty poor and I've only ever owned 1 manga in my entire life.. so now I have a little spending money and I dont want to get something I'll regret..... Any ideas?
