Is it true that if semen drips out after you are pregnant..?

not true what so ever. not all of the sperm will stay inside of you. Actually most of it will drip out if you stand up right after or go to the bathroom. It's said to lay on you back with a pillow under you hips for aabout 30 mins so most of the sperm will stay.
