Small Gas Leak from Gas Stove, Carbon Monoxide poisoning?

So, I'm a huge hypochondriac, and tomorrow we are moving into a house that uses a gas stove. When I walked near it, I could smell gasoline, and it was coming from the oven. Would this be dangerous? What should we do?
